Untouchable
This is more of a tip than a cheat, and for those of us whom don't mind fighting like a coward. I discovered that in almost any given battle scene, there will be a spot from which you can hit the enemy and they can't hit you. Example: When you fight all those dog things and that giant monster on the roof of the building in "The Architect's Tomb", you can hit the enemy through the door, but because of the programming of the game, the enemy cannot go through the door towards you. However, the "dogs" can hit you with their fire breathing act, so when you see it coming, hit the right analog stick back so that you somersault backwards onto the landing below, now the fire will just blow over your head. In most of the battle areas, your escape is sealed off, but keep your eye open for stairways and other objects that you can hide behind or climb. It is also sometimes necessary to hold down the block button until you find an opening for attack. Example: The first scene that you face the ground mole/skeleton guys (I'm bad with names) that dig down and spin around, then fire upwards there is a broken staircase in the corner. If you go stand under it and hold the block button, you'll be totally safe, and of course you can still attack. Once an archer appears on the stairs above you, I'd recommend jumping up there and killing him, then you may proceed to cower in the corner and attack. In fact, if you stay in the corner, the enemy barely makes any offensive attacks, they only respond to your hits. Even when the battles aren't very difficult, you can almost always trace your steps back until you find the enemies cut off point from following you, then they'll just stand there and wait for you.
red orbs for weapon upgrades
Unlimited red orbs for weapon upgrades.
1. This one is for patient players.In 'The road to Athens' part were you have to go through a tunnel only after you freeze the hammer wielding minotaur on the botton, kill these minotaurs after freezing them using gorgon's magic.for the first few minotaurs you'll get a good amount of red orbs(+ 15 for crushing) but later each killing will yield only +15 orbs for crushing. it'll take a lot of patience and time(off-course) but if you spend some time killing these minotaurs and collecting red orbs it'll be of great help later.
Hint: upgrade madusa's gaze(gorgon's magic) to the level two first. this will result in faster freezing and hence lesser time to collect more orbs. then upgrade your blades of chaos.if you can be patient for some more time(believe me it'll be worth waiting)save few thousands for magics you'll unveil in further levels.
2.this one will earn you a lot of red orbs(but not unlimited) a lot quicker then by first method.i'll recommend it to use this method along with the first one(by doing so the pleasure of being kratos will multiply manifold)in order to gain maximum number of morbs through this method i'll suggest not to use any of the multicolored(those chests which switch colors from blue to green and vice versa) and blue(magic) chests after you've passed through the tunnel i talked about in above method. after beating the road to athens,athen town square and roof tops of athens, you'll reach to a bridge which will take you to temple of oracle.after beating the swarm of harpies and two gorogn's queen madusas, you'll have to enter the temple after climbing the stairs. this is where the second method works. don't enter the hall, just stand in the door and wait for the harpies to line up in front of you(in a bunch of 4)now use the madusa's gaze to freeze them, they'll give you 30 red orbs for each ruined harpy and as they're endless you can get a lagre number of orbs by doing this. you can go back to the last four parts(the road to athens,athen town square and roof tops of athens) to recharge your magic bar. the blue chest kept in the treasure room where you get zeus's fury magic is also capable of recharging itself but for few times only. in this method as well, i'll suggest to upgragde the madusa's gaze to max level as after that the harpies can be freezed only after small taps of square button.gain the large amount of orbs and make sure you save for the future as well. happy gaming.

Ceberous Dogs easy kill
Using the combo L1+/\ will defeat the dogs fairly fast. For groups use a Lv. 2 or 3 Posidion's Rage.
Easy kills
This trick requires at least a level 2 Blades Of Chaos and really helps when fighting multiple Minotaurs and other enemies. Knock the Minotaur (or different enemy) up with R1 + X. When in the air, release R1 and press Circle to grab its leg and hurl it back to the ground. The Minotaur will bounce back up, giving you multiple chances to repeat the throw. It should only take three or four throws to kill a Minotaur this way. As the Minotaurs get stronger, you will need to knock them back up by pressing the Right Analog-stick towards it, then pressing X. Note: This requires a level 5 Blades Of Chaos. This strategy works on other monsters, such as Skeleton Soldiers, Skeleton Archers, and Gorgons. Using this strategy with Gorgons may require more practice than it would with the other monsters.
Fighting the Minotaur
When fighting the Minotaur, almost all his moves can be blocked with the block button. The only moves that can't be blocked are the grab move and when he shoots fire from the platform.
Gorgon Orbs
Decapitating a Gorgon will yeild you 10 or so blue orbs and 1 or 2 green orbs.
Gorgon's beam
Wen a gorgon attempts to freeze you the worst thing you can do is jump because you will freeze in the air and break when you fall to the ground. So instead start rolling back and forth anywhere and you'll never be freezed.
Harpies puzzle
When you are in the room filled with Harpies that keep coming out, kill them and notice that they are coming out of odd-looking holes. To stop them, use the shields of the statues in the room to block the entrance. The left statue is placed in the right hole, and the right statue goes in the left hole. Once all holes are blocked, kill the remaining Harpies. Go up the stairs to the ledge with the boards that fall off when you are going across. Do not worry if you fall, as the Harpies cannot get out. As the boards continue to fall, they will reveal the correct boards to walk on.
quick bars of experience
well first good job going on neoseeker, but the tip is during the challenge of Hades when he dares you to make blood sacrifices go to the circle at the foot of the stairs. then complete that circle but stay and kill a few more centaurs until you stop getting orbs. then go to the next Circle, but DO NOT do the circle, insted be close and fight a bit more, soon after no orbed ones some centaurs will drop more orbs but then will stop so just finish the circle task. on spartan mode i got 4 bars but on mortal 9 bars.

destroy both the statues in the throne room at mt olympus for secret message 2 its really just kratos talking and the game desinger coming in as well listen to it its a crack up i love the bit where kratos goes "if i kill you i WILL get health orbs"
